Hook’s inner monologue strikes again
Bu really, his nervous movements, that super heavy/irritated sigh… it wasn’t with Emma, it was with the situation. He was frustrated and depressed that she was finally flirting and opening up to him and he couldn’t do a thing about it for fear of endangering her own or her family’s lives.
